Historic Restoration/Renovation

We share a passion with the local Historic Commission - keep authenticity alive in Wilmington. As a result we have a very good working relationship with the commission.

From full blown renovations to remodels we derive pleasure in keeping historic homes looking authentic. From custom milled moldings to restoring homes to their original configuration we are able to see a project through from design to occupancy.

This particular home had been an office. When the new owners wanted to return it to it's original configuration we discovered the 'bones' of a two story porch/balcony off of the kitchen. Vintage photos gave us a plan. The kitchen walls were opened up and doors were added for access to the new living space.
